Here are some FAQs answered for you!
Non-Returnable Deposits
Your initial deposit is deducted from the price if the job is not cancelled by you & we are able to complete your clean. Deposits will NOT be returned if you cancel the job after deposit is paid
Do you guarantee the ‘clean’ will pass inspection?
Well, no-one can absolutely guarantee that – but - if the property fails for any reason relating to our work just send us a copy of any official report and we’ll return immediately to address and rectify any issues.
When should I book?
As early as possible to secure your required date—especially during busy March Out periods! Ideally, book at least 4 weeks in advance. But we’ll always do our best to help, even at short notice.
Do you clean furnished properties?
Not within our standard pricing but if required we will quote for the additional work. We’re adequately equipped to handle furnished properties but it’s a ‘by negotiation’ price.
Are there any hidden charges?
There shouldn't be because our prices are based on the information clearly laid out in the website & any additional fees, over our standard pricing, would be mentioned and agreed with you before we start. This is why we ask for clear, accurate pictures of the property.
Our service won’t include outside windows or doors. Emptying garden bins, sheds, or garages. (Bins must be emptied before we arrive). We don't include washing/wipe-down of walls - this should be done by the tenant prior to our arrival.
Any items such as Velcro strips, tape, no-nail pads, wall stickers, furniture stickers etc will need removal prior to the clean. Any items you leave will be left in place at your risk.
We do not remove rubbish.
Blinds/curtain cleaning are not included unless by prior arrangement and pricing.
Any Military/Civilian furniture left in the property will not be included in the clean.
How and when do I pay?
An Initial holding deposed will be required to secure your chosen date. After deposit we ask for 50% of total clean price 48 hours PRIOR to the booked date & the balance (less payments received and any discounts) paid immediately after completion. Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
Payment schedule must be followed since many families move far away after the clean.
Each clean is booked for a set time window.
IN order for the clean to proceed all payments must be recieved on time.
We rarely have next-day availability, and we can't clean carpets overnight due to noise.
Please note: We do not take cash payments.
IMPORTANT!
While we make every effort to comply with March Out & End of Tenancy cleans we cannot accept any responsibility if cleans fail due to undeclared pre-march out inspection advisories, undeclared excess wear & tear, too heavily soiled items (carpets, walls, sanitary wear etc.)
What do I do with the key?
We suggest you either give us a spare key prior to the clean date or leave the key with a nominated neighbour or in a pre-arranged safe spot - or leave a nominated door open for us. If you have an exterior key safe then provide us with the code.
Alternatively we can arrange to meet you at the property, prior to the clean.
